01/07/2013 This decision has been taken for a number of reasons that will remain largely private, but for those interested do not involve health issues! The ICC Banking Commission will shortly be announcing the new structure for the Technical Adviser function.

Under additional conditions: 7. HOUSE/FORWARDER'S AIRWAY BILL IS ACCEPTABLE ONLY IF COPY OF MASTER AIRWAY BILL MUST ACCOMPANY WITH SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. Air waybill has been presented showing signed by ABC HK Ltd on behalf of carrier Emirates. The air waybill has been signed in accordance with sub-article 23 (a). However, issuing bank refused the documents by quoting discrepancy 'House Air Waybill presented'. Appreciate your view if discrepancy quoted by issuing bank is valid.
