1. The credit field 45A indicates “FOB any port of China” and field 44E indicates “any port of China”. Presented bill of lading shows port of lading as “ABC port, China”, presented invoice shows “FOB any port of China”. In my opinion, it is in order. 2. The credit field 45A indicates “FOB AAA port, China or BBB port, China” and field 44E indicates “AAA port, China or BBB port, China”. Presented bill of lading shows port of lading as “AAA port, China”, presented invoice shows “FOB AAA port, China or BBB port, China”. In my opinion, it is NOT in order, presented invoice must show “FOB AAA port, China”. Please confirm.
