LC requires original bill of lading consigned to the order of ABC Company. In field 47A, it is stated: non negotiable bill of lading is acceptable. My questions: 1. Presented bill of lading shows consignee as: XYZ Company C/O ABC Company. My opinion: bill of lading is discrepant as it is not consigned to order of ABC Company. Is it correct? 2. In case bill of lading is consigned to order of XYZ Company C/O ABC Company, is it a discrepancy? 3. The presented bill of lading is not marked as non-negotiable but it is not signed as per UCP. So, is this presented bill of lading complying based on field 47A?
