Nominations are open for membership of the Taskforce on Guarantees, which serves as the ICC Banking Commission’s expert body on demand guarantees and related ICC rules and instruments, including URDG 758 and associated guidance.
The ICC is inviting ICC National Committees to nominate qualified experts for participation in the Taskforce. Interested experts are invited to contact their respective ICC National Committees to submit a nomination – NOT ICC in PARIS.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference, membership is composed primarily of experts nominated through ICC National Committees, with a limit of three (3) members per National Committee. To promote broad geographic representation, priority will be given to National Committees that are not currently represented in the Taskforce. As a result, the submission of a nomination does not automatically guarantee membership, and all nominations will be reviewed and confirmed following the nomination process.
How to submit nominations?
National Committees can submit nominations by writing to banking@iccwbo.org with the nominees' CVs, short interest letter, and email addresses by 10 September 2026.
