Latest Question

A letter of credit contains the following condition ‘’Insurance policy indicating Institute Cargo Clause A plus Institute war, strike, riots and çivil commtion clauses’’. And there is also a special conditon such as "There must be no exclusions in the insurance document with respect to the risks to be covered as per l/c terms." The presented insurance policy shows an indication "Five Powers war clause" (This indication is stated within the body of the document, not in the general terms of the insurance). Would it be considered as a discrepancy?
