ORIGINAL CLEAN AIRWAY BILL ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE CARRIER OR THEIR AGENT INDICATING ON BEHALF OF THE CARRIER BEARING CREDIT REFERENCE NUMBER EVIDENCING AIRFREIGHT OF GOODS CONSIGNED TO THE ISSUING BANK, MARKED FREIGHT PREPAID SHOWING ACTUAL FLIGHT NUMBER AND DATE AND NOTIFY THE APPLICANT AND THE ISSUING BANK. Under additional conditions: 7. HOUSE/FORWARDER'S AIRWAY BILL IS ACCEPTABLE ONLY IF COPY OF MASTER AIRWAY BILL MUST ACCOMPANY WITH SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. Air waybill has been presented showing signed by ABC HK Ltd on behalf of carrier Emirates. The air waybill has been signed in accordance with sub-article 23 (a). However, issuing bank refused the documents by quoting discrepancy 'House Air Waybill presented'. Appreciate your view if discrepancy quoted by issuing bank is valid.
