The ICC Banking Commission has indicated, based on feedback received, that the final versions of Opinions TA.814rev and TA.820rev were not exactly in line with the wording agreed at the Singapore ICC Banking Commission meeting in April 2015. Therefore, these Opinions have now been officially withdrawn.
Revised Opinions, for comment by 18 September, have been circulated to ICC National Committees.
