Dates for 2014 Letter of Credit MasterClass

12/10/2013 The 5th Letter of Credit MasterClass in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will be held at the Dusit Thani Hotel on 7 and 8 April 2014. More details will follow in the next couple of months. On 15 Sep 2026 we sent to issuing bank documents, in availment of a LC, on approval basis as LC was expired. On 21 Sep 2026 Issuing bank sent us an MT734 for discrepancies. On 24 Sep 2026 they sent us an MT756 confirming payment amount and due date (16 Nov 2026). On 25 Sep 2026 issuing bank sent us the payment (by MT202) quoting in field 72: 'early payment for due date of 16 Nov 2026'. Consider that field 41D states 'any bank in Italy by deferred payment'. The question is if we can credit funds to our customer (beneficiary) before maturity date without risk to be asked funds back from issuing bank.
