The credit stipulates: Field 44E: Shanghai port, China Field 44F: Mumbai, India Full set bill of lading to indicate “freight prepaid”. In my opinion, the presented bill of lading indicating “freight prepaid” and “freight payable at Shanghai” or “freight payable at Singapore”, it is in order. But, if the presented bill of lading indicates “freight prepaid” and “freight payable at Mumbai”, in my opinion, “freight payable at Mumbai” = “freight payable at destination” = “freight collect”, so it is not in order. Please confirm.
