The data processing system AAA and BBB exist between the issuing bank and presenting bank. An eUCP credit calls for full set of electronic records to be sent through data processing system AAA and the notice of completeness to be sent through SWIFT. On 5AUG2025, the presenting bank wrongly sent full set of electronic records through data processing system BBB but correctly sent the notice of completeness through SWIFT. On 6AUG2025, after receipt of the notice of completeness, the issuing bank cannot find full set of electronic records from data processing system AAA and thought that full set of electronic records have not been presented. On 25AUG2025, the presenting bank informed the issuing bank that full set of electronic records have been sent to data processing system BBB on 5AUG2025. Now, the issuing bank wishes to refuse payment, how to handle?
