We issued a LC with field 42P:360 days after invoice date and 43P: allowed. Field 46A requires sea waybill as a transport document. The advising bank presented several commercial invoices with their own bills of lading marked surrendered, under one remittance letter with the total amount. But, on the remittance letter they listed each commercial invoice with their individual maturities. Are we supposed to remit each commercial invoice amount on each maturity (i.e., 360 days after invoice date) or calculate one solitary maturity date for the total amount?
