the 'Trade Information' tab. The first in a new quarterly
series of newsletters has been added under the same tab (under 'Newsletters'). This first newsletter provides some
highlights from the recent ICC Banking Commission meeting and an
overview of the conclusions reached for the draft Opinions that were
discussed.
