The credit stipulates: bill of lading in 2 originals made out to order and blank endorsed …… 2 originals of bill of lading have been presented, but which show the number of original as THREE (3). Some persons think that the bill of lading does not indicate “FULL SETS”, so it is acceptable. But in my opinion, “bill of lading in 2 originals” implies “full sets + at least 2 originals”, so it is not acceptable. Please confirm.
