1. LC issued with Field 44F Port of discharge/Airport of destination with A Seaport. LC is amended with Field 44B Place of Final Dest/of delivery as Any seaport/Airport without mentioning Field 44F. Bill of lading issued with port of discharge field completed. No field for Place of final dest/of delivery. Kindly clarify (i) Whether Field 44B mentioned in the amendment is in addition to MT700 or it replaces Field 44F (ii) Bill of lading contains only port of discharge field, no place of final dest/of delivery mentioned. Is it a discrepancy? 2. LC stipulates air waybill to be made in the name of the bank for account of applicant. Air waybill issued with bank name and applicant name in consignee field by mentioning at the end as parties to be notified in continuation of the consignee details. There is no separate mention of notify parties. Is it a discrepancy?
