Under a transferable credit the first beneficiary is allowed to substitute only invoice and draft. However, if certificate of origin presented by second beneficiary shows some details of the supplier which should not be revealed to the master LC applicant, can the first beneficiary substitute their own certificate of origin? If allowed is there any risk to the transferring bank?
