Transport articles do not apply to a copy of a transport document. However, if a credit calls for a copy of bill of lading, a copy of a charter party bill of lading should not be presented. Is this correct? However, a bill of lading may have an indication such as freight payable as per charter party and this would be acceptable. Is this correct?
