The credit only calls for: 1. signed invoice 2. final acceptance report signed by the applicant. Presented invoice has been issued and signed by the beneficiary. Presented final acceptance report only signed by one individual. The issuing bank raised a discrepancy by MT734: NOT showing entity name of the signing party. Subsequently, the issuing bank sent one MT799 stating please disregard our MT734 and treat this MT799 as our notice of refusal: we refuse to honour documents due to the following discrepancy: final acceptance report: Not showing entity name of the signing party. In my opinion, the above MT734 and MT799 are invalid. Please confirm.
