In field 46A, LC requires full set of bill of lading marked freight prepaid. In field 47A it has a clause CHARTER PARTY BILL OF LADING MARKED FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER CHARTER PARTY IS ACCEPTABLE. In such a case if a charter party bill of lading is presented should it be marked freight payable as per charter party or freight prepaid? Since freight prepaid requirement was for ocean bill of lading will freight prepaid notation on charter party bill of lading make it discrepant? Kindly advise
