The paragraphs on certificates in ISBP 821 state that a certificate may show a quantity which is greater than that mentioned on other documents. For example, if a packing list shows the net weight as 100MT, a certificate of weight may show 105MT. However, paragraphs M6 and N6 would come into the picture if any certificate shows a lesser quantity, for example 98MT. Is this understanding correct?
