As the issuing bank, we have received an MT750 from the beneficiary’s bank requesting our authorization to negotiate the documents under an expired DC. Pease confirm whether it is valid and acceptable for us to provide such authorization given that the LC has expired, provided that we have received confirmation from the applicant that they have accepted the discrepancy - LC expired.
